Simplifying processes by working within existing constraints.

I untangle the friction between complex civic systems and the people trying to navigate them. By observing where human interaction breaks down, I use design as a tool to simplify processes and restore functional agency.
My work follows a simple premise: true understanding manifests in simplicity. I discard all bluff, prioritising raw data and functional insight over polished narratives. I don't operate a portfolio. Instead, I maintain a system to identify behavioural patterns that inhibit performance. If you see a sector ripe for optimisation, let’s talk.

Indonesian Consulate-General in Melbourne "Agenda" Website Feature Re-Activation 2025
Objective: Convert a dormant, empty feature into a reliable information hub for the community.
Approach: I identified the inactive "Agenda" feature as a solution to the community's fragmented event scheduling. Working within the technical constraints of the existing government self-hosted platform, I repurposed the interface to serve as a centralised source, replacing the reliance on ad-hoc social media posts.
This project represents a past implementation. Current interface behavior may vary as system management has been transitioned.
